    • All orders within the USA qualify for free standard shipping, with no minimum purchase requirement.
  • Processing Time:
    • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Delivery Time:
    • 5–10 business days via USPS or UPS, depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping:
    • Available for an additional fee:
      • 2–3 business days: $25 USD
      • Overnight: $45 USD (available for select zip codes).

  • Free Shipping Threshold:
    • Free standard shipping for orders over $300 USD (excluding duties/taxes).
    • For orders under $300 USD, a flat rate of **$25 USD** applies.

    • A unique tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Use it to monitor your package on the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, UPS, DHL).
  • Lost or Delayed Packages:
    • If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, contact us within 5 business days. We will assist with carrier investigation or replacement.

5. Shipping to PO Boxes/APO/FPO

  • We gladly ship to PO Boxes and military addresses via USPS. Expedited shipping is not available for these addresses.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
